Follow these steps
for a smooth start...
- Choose your E-zekiel plan.
Compare all E-zekiel plans here.
- Search for an address for your Web site, commonly known as "domain name".
See if it's available.
(Note: All PAID E-zekiel plans come with the registration of a domain name, so don't buy one - we'll do that for you. A preview website link is provided with all TRIAL accounts.)
- Fill out the order form for your new plan.
Toward the bottom of the order form, if you're starting a paid plan, enter the domain name you decided on in Step 2.
- Look for the order confirmation.
After you’ve completed the order form, the screen will refresh with an order confirmation message. You'll also receive a copy via email from E-zekiel. Hang on to that order confirmation, it has instructions and log-in information for your new E-zekiel account.
(Note: If you're starting a TRIAL account, your preview website link will also be included in this order confirmation.)
- Log in to your new E-zekiel plan.
Using the instructions from the order confirmation you can log in to your new account. Once you've logged in, you can get started building your Web site.
- Don't worry if you get stumped.
If you run into any confusion during the process, there are several ways you can get help – through our online support site, by phone (1-888-942-6607), or by email.
- Use your new domain name.
Remember, we'll take care of setting up your domain name. It takes between 12-72 hours before you can use it to get to your new site. Until then, just use the preview website link found in the order confirmation email.

if you're moving from another Web site provider, consider these important questions. If you answer "yes" to any of these, call customer service (1-888-942-6607) - we can help.
- Are you under any contracts that might charge you if you cancel?
- Do you plan to keep your current Web site design?
- Are you working with a professional designer or firm to create your Web site?
- Do you plan to use the same content from your existing Web site?
- Are there any features you have now that you don't see in E-zekiel?
- Do you plan to keep both Web sites running for any period of time?
Don't forget to let your current provider know you want to close your account and when.
About Domain Management
If you're just getting started, you may not currently own a domain name. On the order form, just tell us what domain name you want to use (be sure it's available). A domain name of your choice is included for the first year with all paid plans. We will invoice you for each successive year you wish to keep the domain.
If you already have a domain name, just tell us what it is when you complete the order form. We'll be sure to set it up on our end, pointing it to your new account.
If you manage your own domain name, you can redirect it to E-zekiel. If you're not sure, call 1-888-942-6607. If you just need the nameserver addresses - check here.
You can also transfer an existing domain name for us to manage. If you choose to do this, we'll manage pointing the domain correctly and making sure you're alerted when it's time to renew your domain.
